Self-Care Sundays – The power of music
For this #Selfcaresunday we want to focus on the power of music. We respond to music on a deep and fundamental level. It can affect our bodies and brains in profound ways without us needing to do much more than sit and listen. Music increases our dopamine levels – the “feel good” hormone – and it affects our breathing and heart rate.
