Director of Finance:
WomenShelter of Long Beach (WSLB) is seeking a dynamic, smart, and compassionate Director, Finance to join our leadership team. The Director of Finance is responsible for the financial health and integrity of WSLB. This role oversees all accounting operations, budget preparation, grant compliance, and financial reporting to the Interim Executive Director and Board of Directors. The ideal candidate is expertly skilled in nonprofit finance and payroll, and has strong experience navigating complex federal, state, and county grants and funding initiatives. Youth Coordinator:
WSLB is seeking a compassionate and creative Youth Coordinator to join our Outreach & Education Department. This key role provides trauma-informed services to youth impacted by domestic violence, including intake assessments, individual and group support, case planning, and education. The Youth Coordinator will also engage the community through outreach, education, and partnerships with schools and local organizations. This role is ideal for a bilingual, energetic professional who is passionate about breaking the cycle of violence and committed to uplifting the voices and needs of young survivors.
